Before you can check in and check out OnBase documents, you must have the following prerequisites in place:

Your database is licensed for EDM Services.

The Document Type that you want to check out documents from is configured to Allow Persistent Check Out

Your system administrator has set up the Web Client to allow checkout.

You have User Rights for the Check In/Check Out features.
