The EDM Briefcase allows you to customize the number of revisions you have stored.
From either the OnBase Briefcase or the Standalone Briefcase, select a revision in your Reference Documents tab, right-click and select Remove Revision. The revision has now been removed from your Briefcase.
Note:
This action does not permanently delete the revision from OnBase. It simply removes the revision from being stored in your Briefcase.
