To re-index a document, ensure the document exists in OnBase and you have appropriate rights to re-index.

For more information on retrieving a document, see Retrieving a Document with the Standalone Office Add-In.

To re-index a document:

  1. Select OnBase | Re-Index Document. The Re-Index Document dialog box is displayed.
  2. Re-index the appropriate values of the document.
  3. Click Re-Index.
