To configure Message Broker Dashboard settings for an individual user, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Message Broker Dashboard using your OnBase credentials.
  2. Select the drop-down menu underneath the user name displayed in the upper right corner of the web page.
  3. Click Settings. The Settings page is displayed.
  4. Set the Hide empty message queues option to true if you want to not display any queues that do not contain messages in the Message Broker Dashboard. To set this option to true, click on the white circle next to the option and drag it to the right.
  5. Set the Number of messages to return option to the maximum number of messages that should be displayed for selection in a message queue.
