In some cases, it may be necessary to cancel a message that exists in one of the queues for your Message Broker solution. To do so, follow these steps:

From the Message Broker Dashboard home page, expand the category that contains the queue that contains the message you want to cancel by clicking the carat icon next to the category to display the list of queues available under that category.

Click on the queue that contains the message you want to cancel. The selected queue is displayed.
- Filter the queue as required to display only the message(s) you want to view using the queue options at the top of the page. You can search for a specific message using its message ID number, or for messages created within a range of dates.

Enable the Enable Message Cancellation option by clicking on the white circle next to the option and drag it to the right. The Cancel Message(s) button is displayed, as well as check boxes to the left of the list of messages.

Perform one of the following:

Select the check boxes next to the messages you want to cancel, then click Cancel Message(s).

Click on the message ID of the message you want to cancel to display the Message Id dialog box, then click Cancel Messages.
The selected messages are cancelled and routed to the Cancelled queue. -
