The Life Cycle and Queue Filter and Message Item Type Filter features allow you to filter the message items being displayed. Click the drop-down list and select an option to display only the message items that match that option.
The Date Range filter allows you to filter the message items being displayed by the message items' created date. To adjust the range of the filter, click and drag the left and right filter end points to define the starting (left) and ending (right) points of the date range.
Alternatively, you can click the Select Date Time Period button to enter the specific starting and ending dates for the date rage.
To remove the filter, click the Clear Master Filter button.
