The Message Item Type Filter and Archival Status Filter features allow you to filter the message items being displayed. Click the drop-down list and select an option to display only the message items that match that option.
The Date Created Range and Date Completed Range filters allow you to filter the message items being displayed by the message items' created date or completed date. To adjust the range of a filter, click and drag the left and right filter end points to define the starting (left) and ending (right) points of the date range.
Alternatively, you can click the Select Date Time Period button for a date range filter to enter the specific starting and ending dates for the date range.
To remove a filter, click the Clear Master Filter button for that date range filter.
