You can save a dashboard or dashboard item as a PDF, image file, or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The view that is captured is the currently displayed view.
Click the Export To button on a dashboard or dashboard item to export the view or data. For detailed information on exporting in Reporting Dashboards, see the section on exporting item views in the Reporting Dashboards documentation.
