The User Groups tab allows you to configure which User Groups have access to the selected message item type.

To configure User Groups for a message item type:

  1. Click Add. The User Groups dialog box is displayed.
  2. If needed, you can filter the list of User Groups using these features:

    • Enter text into the Find field to display only the User Groups that match the entered text.

    • Select the Show only included items option to display only the User Groups that have been selected.

  3. Select the check box next to any User Group that you want to give permission to access this message item type.
    Tip:

    You can click the check box in the header row to select all or deselect all User Groups.

  4. Click OK.
