The Authentication tab allows you to configure the authentication mode and securely store credentials that the WSDL off-ramp uses for external authentication. This is an optional feature.

To configure authentication for an off-ramp:

  1. Select a type of authentication from the Authentication Mode drop-down list. Options are:

    • None

    • Http Basic

    • Http Basic with Preauthentication

    • WSSE

  2. Click the Configure button in the Authentication area. The Authentication dialog box is displayed.
  3. Enter the credentials in the User name, Password, and Confirm Password fields.
  4. Click OK. The configured user name is displayed in the User name field for reference.
