Each contact you create must be assigned to a company.
To add a new company to your Company list:

Click the Settings tab. The Settings window is displayed.
- Click the Contacts tab.

Click Add Contact. The New Contact window is displayed.

Click the Add button to the right of the Company drop-down list. The Company window is displayed.

Enter the following information for your new company:
Option
Description
Name
The name of the company. This is a required field.
Address
The company's address.
Address 2
The second line of a company's address.
City
The company's city.
State / Province / Region
The company's state, province, or region.
Postal Code
The company's ZIP or Postal Code.
Business Phone
The company's phone number.
- Click Add. Your new company is added to your Company list.
