You can provide additional information about your Plan Review project.

If a Unity Form is assigned to the selected Review Type, then the Additional Information section is displayed in the Project Information window, allowing you to provide additional information about your project.

Note: Unity Forms are configured and assigned to the Review Type by a system administrator.

To add additional information about a project:

  1. Select the Projects tab.
    The Projects window is displayed.
    Tip: To sort projects alphabetically or in numeric order (depending on the data type sorted), click a specific column header.

  2. Select the Select button The icon with a folder and an arrow pointing to it for the project you want to add information to.

    The Project Information window is displayed.

  3. Select the Edit hyperlink.
    The Edit Project Information window is displayed.
  4. Navigate to the Additional Information section and edit fields as needed.
    Note: Depending on the selected Review Type, the displayed fields may vary.

  5. Click Save or Submit.
    The changes are applied to your project.
