You can reset or retrieve your password for your Plan Review account.
To retrieve or reset your password:
Navigate to the address of your Plan Review website.
Select the Sign In hyperlink.
Select the Forgot Name/Password hyperlink. The Account Recovery window is displayed.
Type your user name in the User name field.
Click Reset Password. An email message that contains a hyperlink to reset your password is sent to your email account. After you reset your password, log on to Plan Review with your user name and new password.
Note:
Depending on your system's configuration, the hyperlink that resets your password may expire after a specified time. If your hyperlink has expired, you need to click the Reset Password button again to receive a new hyperlink.
