Encrypted Alpha Keywords is partially supported for Keyword Types that are used with the following OnBase functionalities:

  • Security Keywords

  • Keyword Data Sets

  • Cascading Data Sets

When using Encrypted Alpha Keywords with these functionalities, OnBase encrypts the Keyword values for the documents but does not encrypt the versions of the Keyword values stored in the additional database tables used by these functionalities.
