You can configure the Document | OnDocChanged inbound operation to send an XML rendition of a document from OnBase to a line-of-business application.
Before you can use this operation to send an XML rendition of a document, you must have completed the steps in Document Type Configuration.
Additionally, ensure that:

The Document Type is configured to allow multiple renditions.

The Document Type is non-revisable and that saving changes will prompt to overwrite or create a new document.

XML renditions of the document exist, and that they conform to the schema that you will be adding in Adding a Schema to a Document Type.
