The Hyland Adapter, which is included with the Enterprise Integration Server module, is consumed, or configured, using Microsoft BizTalk Server. Doing so allows for point-and-click data mapping via an orchestration. See Consuming the Hyland Adapter with BizTalk Server for more information.
When consuming the Hyland Adapter, ensure that:

The Keyword Type number (_#) used in Enterprise Integration Server configuration matches the OnBase Keyword Type number. Keyword Type numbers are available in the OnBase Configuration module's Keyword Type Configuration dialog box.

If you modify the Keyword Types being used on an E-Form or another Document Type in the OnBase Configuration module, you must update Enterprise Integration Server configuration.
