After you start a BizTalk application, events are logged to the Event Viewer in the BizTalk Server Administration Console. The Event Viewer contains general information regarding errors. To view application events in BizTalk Server Administration Console, expand Event Viewer | Windows Logs, and select Application.

The Diagnostics Console, running on the OnBase Application Server, logs OnBase messages and errors. See the Diagnostics Service documentation for more information on using the Diagnostics Console.

Tip:

If errors are displayed in the BizTalk Server Administration Console's Event Viewer, but not the OnBase Diagnostics Console, the problem is related to BizTalk. See BizTalk Server Troubleshooting for information on troubleshooting BizTalk errors.
