To create a BizTalk Server project:

  1. In Visual Studio, select File | New | Project.
  2. In the New Project dialog box, in Installed Templates, select BizTalk Projects. Then, select Empty BizTalk Server Project:
  3. Type a name for the project in the Name field.
  4. Click OK.
