The Enterprise Integration Server facilitates real-time guaranteed data transfer between OnBase and your line-of-business applications, ensuring your key business applications remain up to date with the latest information. This enables business users to make important decisions efficiently and confidently.

The OnBase Enterprise Integration Server automates data exchanges between OnBase and another line-of-business application. For example, it allows you to:

  • Update OnBase Document Metadata—Gather data from a LOB application and use it to update Keyword Values on an existing OnBase document.

  • Update a Line-of-Business Application —Gather data from OnBase documents and send it directly to the line-of-business application.

  • Update AutoFill Keyword Sets —Update an OnBase AutoFill Keyword Set from a line-of-business application.

  • Create E-Forms —Create OnBase E-Forms from a line-of-business application. E-Forms can be used to start a Workflow.
