Schema Node

Description

CreateEForm

The name of the operation, followed by the OnBase Document Type's numeric ID. For example, CreateEForm_109.

Expand to display EformData.

EformData

Expand to display Keywords and Fields.

Keywords

Expand to display further classifications for OnBase keyword fields:

  • Multi_Instance_Keyword_Group- Expand to display Multi-Instance Keyword Type Groups in the following format: [name of Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group]_Collection. Expand this node to display the Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group in the following format: [name of Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group]_[numeric ID]. Expand this node to display the Keyword Types that are part of the Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group in the following format [name of Keyword Type]_[numeric ID].

  • Single_Instance_Keyword_Group- Expand to display Keyword Type Groups in the following format: [name of Keyword Type Group]_[numeric ID]. Expand this node to display the Keyword Type Group in the following format: [name of Keyword Type Group]_[numeric ID]. Expand this node to display the Keyword Types that are part of the Keyword Type Group in the following format [name of Keyword Type]_[numeric ID].

  • StandAlone- Expand to display Keyword Types that are not part of a Keyword Type Group or Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group. The Keyword Type's name is followed by _Collection_[numeric ID].

    When AllowAutoFillExpansion is set to True, any AutoFill Keyword Sets associated with the E-Form will be displayed as AF_[name of primary Keyword Type]_[primary Keyword Type numeric ID]. For example, AF_EmployeeID_153.

Note:

You can only map one value from a line-of-business application schema to each StandAlone keyword field.

Fields

Expand to display further classifications for non-keyword fields:

  • StandAlone- These non-keyword fields occur once on the E-Form. An example of a Standalone non-keyword field is gender.

  • Repeated- These non-keyword fields occur multiple times on the E-Form. An example of repeating non-keyword fields is a table of academic test scores.

    Expand to display grouped/ungrouped repeated non-keyword fields.

Grouped/Ungrouped

Repeated non-keyword fields are part of either of the following classifications:

  • _Ungrouped_- These non-keyword fields are not part of a group.

  • Grouped- These non-keyword fields are part of a group. Grouped non-keyword fields are displayed with the name of the group. For example, a group called “Tests” contains the “TestName” and “TestScore” non-keyword fields.

Note:

While OnBase E-Form buttons (for example, OBBtn_Save) may be displayed as schema nodes, these do not need to be mapped.
