To configure an external Keyword Data Set, so that data can be obtained from an Enterprise Integration Server-based web service:

  1. Open OnBase Configuration.
  2. In the External Keyword Data Set Configuration dialog box, select EIS Datasource.
  3. From the Assembly drop-down list, select an assembly.
    Note:

    Assemblies that have already been assigned to another external AutoFill Keyword Set or external Keyword Data Set are not included in the Assembly drop-down list.

    To create a new assembly:
    1. Click New.
    2. The Assembly Import dialog box is displayed.
    3. Type a name for the assembly.
    4. Click Create.
    5. The Assembly File dialog box is displayed.
    6. In the Assembly File Path field, type the location of the assembly file, or browse to a location by clicking Browse.
    7. Click Save.
    8. Click Close to close the Assembly Import dialog box.
  4. From the Configuration drop-down list, select a configuration.
    Note:

    Configurations can be assigned to multiple external AutoFill Keyword Sets or external Keyword Data Sets.

    To create a new configuration:
    1. Click New.
    2. The Configuration Import dialog box is displayed.
    3. Type a name for the configuration.
    4. Click Create.
    5. The Configuration File dialog box is displayed.
    6. In the Configuration File Path field, type the location of the configuration file, or browse to a location by clicking Browse.
    7. Click Save.
    8. Click Close to close the Configuration Import dialog box.
  5. Click Save to close the External Keyword Data Set Configuration dialog box.
