By default, the Web Client displays a prompt to users who have unread DKT documents that have been assigned a deadline date. This prompt is displayed as soon as the user logs on to the Web Client.

To enable or disable the prompt:

  1. Open the Web.config file for the OnBase Web Server.
  2. Locate the PromptWithUnreadDKTDocs setting.

    • To enable the prompt, change the value to true.

    • To disable the prompt, change the value to false.

  3. Save and close the Web.config file.
