DKT Reader assists organizations in distributing required reading documents to employees. Many business processes mandate prerequisite knowledge prior to performing specific tasks. For example, a health care worker may be required to read pertinent patient procedures before attending to patients, or new employees may be required to read their organization's employee handbook.
DKT Reader works with the Document Knowledge Transfer module to distribute reading requirements to Reading Groups. Through a web interface, Reading Group members can read, approve, reject, or flag assigned documents for reference. Approval Group members can approve or reject documents pending approval for distribution. Reading Group administrators can manage members of Reading and Approval Groups.
