After viewing an assigned document in your Reading Group, you can acknowledge the document, signifying compliance with the reading requirement.

Note:

Multi-page documents may require you to view all pages before you can acknowledge the document. In this case, the Acknowledge button becomes available after you view the last page of the document.

To acknowledge a document:

  1. Click the Acknowledge button on the right side of the viewer. A message is displayed about acknowledging the document.
  2. Click Yes. The following may occur:
    • If your Reading Group requires authentication to complete acknowledgment of a document, an Authenticate Acknowledgment dialog box is displayed. Enter your login password and click Acknowledge.

    • If the document is assigned a compliance test, a message is displayed about testing on the material. The document is not fully acknowledged until you complete and pass the test. For more information on taking a compliance test, see Taking a Compliance Test.

Once all requirements are fulfilled for acknowledgment of the document, the document is marked as Acknowledged and moved to the Acknowledged list.
