If a Reading Group is configured to allow rejection, then you can reject an assigned document. Depending on your system's configuration, the Reading Group administrator may receive an email notification when a document is rejected.

To reject a document:

  1. Click the Reject button on the right side of the viewer.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you are prompted to confirm the rejection, click Yes.

    • If you are prompted for a reason for the rejection, enter your reason in the Reason field of the Reject Document dialog box. Then, click Reject.

    The document is marked as Rejected and moved to the Rejected list.
