If you need to maintain a complete record of all Event Relay Server service logs, it is a best practice to include these files in your regularly scheduled backups because purging service logs using the Event Relay Server Maintenance dialog in the OnBase Configuration module completely removes the service logs from the system. You cannot recover purged service logs.
