To provide user rights to the groups that will run the Exception Reports:

  1. In Configuration, select User | User Groups/Rights.
  2. Select the user group and click the Product Rights button.
  3. Under the Registered Processing Products section, select Exception Reports.
  4. Click Save when finished.

    To provide user rights to retrieve and view the Exception Reports:

  5. In the Configuration module, select User | User Groups/Rights.
  6. Select the user group and click the Document Types button.
  7. From the Available for Selection / Document Types section, select SYS Exception Reports and click the Add>> button.
  8. Click Close when done.
