- What is the OnBase Version and Build?
- What type of database are you using?
- What type of operating system are you using?
- Are you getting an error? If so, what is it?
- Take a screen shot of the error message(s).
- What are the steps to replicate error/message?
- Is the issue occurring on other workstations?
- Is the issue occurring on other printers?
- If there is an error that closes OnBase after clicking Ignore ?
- Is there an .RPT file?
