An Advanced Exception Report follows a format dictated by the sort Keywords defined for the report. The report indents a level for each value of one of the sort Keywords. Different values for the same Keyword Type result in information at the same level of indentation in the final report. All of the documents that are missing are listed after the name of the base document to which the missing documents are related.
Encrypted Keyword Type values included in Exception Reports are masked for all users, regardless of whether the user is a member of a User Group granted the Access Security Masked Keywords privilege.
An Advanced Exception Report looks only for the existence of the related documents, based on configured Keywords. It does not validate any of the other Keywords.
Keyword sorting for Advanced Exception Reports is not supported when the report is run from the Document Search Results list. It is only supported when the report is run from the Admin menu.
