Double-check the configuration. Almost all issues with Exception Reports are due to improper configuration.
Make sure your database is licensed for Exception Reports.
If you are getting an error message, e-mail a screen shot of the image to customer support. Attach the related .rpt file (found in the main OnBase directory).
If printing is slow, run OnBase with a –V SQL, T on the command line and send the verbose.txt file to your service provider.
Error: Validation keyword is missing – this means the validation Keyword set in the configuration is missing from the base document.
