No product rights or privileges are required to access Express Scanning; all OnBase users with rights to the Scan Queues and Documents Types associated with the documents being scanned are able to scan and upload documents via Express Scanning.
Tip:
If you do not wish to give each Express Scanning user rights to a specific scan queues or Document Types, you may specify a default user count in the local or master configuration file with rights to specific scan queues and Document Types. For more information, see The LOGIN Element.
