The following information should be considered or noted when upgrading External Access Client deployments. Read this information prior to upgrading your version of OnBase.

As of OnBase 18, the External Access Client is a 64-bit application. If you are upgrading the External Access Client from version 17 or earlier, using the External Access Client installer automatically handles the transition from 32-bit to 64-bit, including enabling the application pool for the External Access Client for 64-bit execution.

- StatusView Custom Query Portlets

As of OnBase 17, HTML Custom Queries are not supported in StatusView Custom Query portlets. If you are upgrading from version 16 or earlier, any StatusView Custom Query portlets that use HTML Custom Queries will not be available after upgrading.
