All new employees must complete several forms prior to starting their employment. This allows employers to maintain compliance and acquire all necessary information about an employee. An External Access Client portal would give new employees access to all information that employees need before their first day. Through StatusView portlets, new employees would be able to complete forms and view documents, such as policies or an employee handbook, which they can read and acknowledge before starting work. Employers would be able to post instructions in a universal place for all new employees to see. If necessary, new employees would be able to upload documents or images directly to OnBase through the portal.
