Once you have created a user request and it has been approved, you can sign in to the portal.
To sign in to the portal:
- Enter the email address you submitted with your user request in the Email field.

Enter your password in the Password field.

Click Sign In.
Note:
If you are signing in for the first time, and your email and password are correct, you are prompted to set security questions. For more information, see Setting Security Questions.
If your email address and password are correct, the portal is displayed.
Note:If you have signed in previously, the date and time stamp of your last login is displayed in the header.
Note:If incorrect login credentials are entered three times, a CAPTCHA is displayed that must be answered correctly along with the correct credentials in order to sign in successfully.
