When signing in to the portal for the first time, you will be prompted to select three security questions and answers in order to make reseting a password more secure.

To select the security questions and answers:

  1. Select a question from the drop-down and enter an answer in the Answer #1 field.
  2. Repeat the first step for the remaining two questions.
    Note:

    All three questions must be unique.

  3. Click Submit when finished.
    Note:

    Depending on your system's configuration, you may be prompted to change your password. The new password must meet the requirements of the password policy configured for the User Group to which you were added.
