To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the portal, then select User Settings from the menu.
  2. Click the Change Password tab.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current password field.
    Note:

    If you forgot your password and used the password recovery function, enter your temporary password in the Current password field.

  4. Enter a new password in the New Password field.
  5. Reenter your new password in the Verify New Password field to ensure that the passwords match.
  6. Click Change Password or press Enter. If the password entered in the Current password field is correct, and if the New Password and Verify New Password fields match, your password is changed.
