If you forget your password, you can use the password recovery function to reset your password.

Note:

You will need to have Hyland Distribution Service properly installed and configured on your system in order for the password recovery function to operate. For more information on installing and configuring Hyland Distribution Service, see the Hyland Distribution Service MRG.

To reset a forgotten password, follow these steps:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the logon screen.

    The Forgot Password page is displayed.

  2. In the Email Address field, enter the e-mail address you use to log on.
  3. Correctly answer the CAPTCHA form.
  4. Click Submit.

    An e-mail will be sent to your address containing a link to a page where you will verify your identity.

    Note:

    The password reset link will expire after a configured amount of time. To configure the amount of time, see Configuring Password Reset Emails.

  5. Correctly answer the security question and click Submit.
  6. Enter a new password in the New password field.
  7. Enter the password again in the Confirm new password field.
  8. Click Submit.

    You will be returned to the main Sign In page where you can sign in with your new password.

    You will receive an email notifying you that your password has been reset.
