User Request configuration options are not available if the portal type is set to Internal User.
You can edit the Create Account page by adding user request fields, password strength tips, and a custom message to indicate that the request was created successfully.
User request fields are fields added to the Create Account page. An added user request field is denoted by a blue question mark icon next to the user request label. A tooltip is displayed when the cursor hovers over the icon.

Password strength text displays next to the password field on the Create Account page, and it can be added if you want to offer suggestions for creating strong passwords.
The password strength tooltip displays when a user hovers over the password field.
A successful user request message is a message that displays when a user request submits successfully.
