In order for users to send a message through the Contact Us page, an e-mail address needs to be configured as the recipient. You can also add a subject line for each message and a phone number that is displayed on the Contact Us page. To configure contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Messaging Options tab in Portal Settings.
  2. In the Contact Information section, enter a valid e-mail address in the Email field, a default message subject in the Subject field, or a valid phone number in the Phone field.
  3. Click Save to apply changes, or click Reset to restore all fields to their default value.

    Contact Information is also displayed as the sender when sending an email for a password reset in the External Access Client. If no email is specified, the sender address will be set as "".
