In order for users to send a message through the Contact Us page, an e-mail address needs to be configured as the recipient. You can also add a subject line for each message and a phone number that is displayed on the Contact Us page. To configure contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Messaging Options tab in Portal Settings.
  2. In the Contact Information section, enter a valid e-mail address in the Email field, a default message subject in the Subject field, or a valid phone number in the Phone field.
  3. Click Save to apply changes, or click Reset to restore all fields to their default value.
    Note:

    Contact Information is also displayed as the sender when sending an email for a password reset in the External Access Client. If no email is specified, the sender address will be set as "admin@noreply.com".
