Instead of the OnBase configured CAPTCHA, a Google reCAPTCHA can be enabled on the Contact Us, New User Signup, and Reset Password pages. Additionally, the Google reCAPTCHA appears when a user attempts to log into the portal and fails twice. To enable the Google reCAPTCHA instead of the OnBase CAPTCHA:
- Go to the Messaging Options tab in Portal Settings.
- In the reCAPTCHA Settings section, enable the Use reCAPTCHA option.
- Click Save to apply changes, or click Reset to restore all fields to their default value.
