You can modify the list of security questions available for users to choose.

To modify the list of security questions, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Messaging Options tab in Portal Settings and scroll down to the Modify Security Questions section.
  2. If you want to add a new security question to the list of available security questions, enter a question in the New Security Question field and click Submit.
    The new question is added to the list.
  3. If you want to remove a security question from the list, select the question from the drop-down list, and click Remove Question.
    The question is removed from the list.
