To reset your security questions, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the portal, then select User Settings from the menu.
  2. Click the Reset Security Questions tab.
  3. Select a question from the drop-down and enter an answer in the Answer #1 field.
  4. Repeat step 3 for the remaining two questions.
  5. Click Reset Security Questions or press Enter when finished.
    Note:

    All three questions must be unique.
