To enable access to the Lotus Notes address book, make sure that the nnotes.dll is located in a system path. This setting is on a per workstation basis, and is stored in the onbase32.ini file.

Confirm that nnotes.dll resides in a directory within the system path. If the directory is not in the path:
- Right-click on the My Computer icon and select Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab, and click Environment Variables.
- Under System Variables, select the Path variable, and click Edit.
- Add the path of the directory that contains nnotes.dll.
- Click OK two times.
- Select the Lotus Notes option

Set the Lotus Notes Options in OnBase
- Right-click the OnBase desktop.

Select Lotus Notes Options.
The Lotus Config dialog box displays:
- Browse to the path where your USER.ID is located.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Re-enter your password for confirmation in the Re-enter Password field.
- Click OK.
