To enable access to the Lotus Notes address book, make sure that the nnotes.dll is located in a system path. This setting is on a per workstation basis, and is stored in the onbase32.ini file.

  1. Confirm that nnotes.dll resides in a directory within the system path. If the directory is not in the path:
    1. Right-click on the My Computer icon and select Properties.
    2. Click the Advanced tab, and click Environment Variables.
    3. Under System Variables, select the Path variable, and click Edit.
    4. Add the path of the directory that contains nnotes.dll.
    5. Click OK two times.
  2. Select the Lotus Notes option
  3. Set the Lotus Notes Options in OnBase
    1. Right-click the OnBase desktop.
    2. Select Lotus Notes Options.
      The Lotus Config dialog box displays:
  4. Browse to the path where your USER.ID is located.
  5. Enter your password in the Password field.
  6. Re-enter your password for confirmation in the Re-enter Password field.
  7. Click OK.
