Clicking Show Details displays the following: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> Hyland.Canvas.Controls.MissingPrerequisiteException: Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Office Primary Interop Assemblies must be installed to use this feature. Please install the required prerequisites and try again.
Resolution: This issue occurs because the .NET Programmability Support feature was not installed with Microsoft Outlook. Use the Windows Control Panel to modify your Microsoft Outlook installation to include .NET Programmability Support.
