When attempting to open a Unity Pop file attached to an email message, a message is displayed stating that the Unity Pop file is not valid for the system.
Resolution: This issue occurs because the Unity Pop file is being launched against a different database than it was sourced from. For example, a Unity Pop file was created in database 1. A user logged on to database 2 will not be able to open this file. Because Unity Pop files do not include database information, if users will be accessing multiple OnBase databases with one Unity Client, consider using DocPop instead of Unity Pop.
