In addition to documents, folders may also be sent to users by clicking Send To | Mail Recipient (as Link) if OnBase is configured to use Unity Pop Links or Unity Pop Files.
Recipients of the sent folder must have the user group privilege to view the File Cabinet and must also have permission to view the Folder Type.
