Problem
You receive a message stating that:
Connecting to the LOB system has failed. The socket connection has been disposed.
Resolution
This issue occurs when configuring your system for use with Windows Azure and the service bus endpoint has not been created. To resolve this issue, create the service bus endpoint by navigating to its address in a web browser.
For example: http://<localhost>/<AppServer>/Service.svc
