The following OCR formats are available by default:

<Default>: The settings for this format are optimized for general OCR processing.

Full Text (Index) <Default>: The settings for this format are optimized for indexing documents via the Full-Text Search module.

Full Text (View) <Default>: The settings for this format are optimized for viewing documents in the Autonomy IDOL document viewer.
As of OnBase Foundation EP5, the Full-Text Indexing Server for Autonomy IDOL has been deprecated. However, the corresponding OCR formats may still be available, depending on your configuration.
If none of the default OCR formats meets your needs, you can create custom OCR formats, as outlined in the sections below.
