To configure Policy Center account settings for Retention Connector:

  1. Open https://[machinename]/GRaaS in a web browser.
  2. Enter your user name and password and click Login.
    The home page is displayed.
  3. Click Settings.
    The Policy Center Account Settings dialog box is displayed.

  4. If the account settings are stored in the local database, the values are automatically displayed.
    If the values are not displayed, enter values for the following:
    • Username

    • Password

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

    • Tenant ID

  5. Click Save.
  6. To verify Retention Connector is successfully connected to Policy Center, click Verify.
    Note:

    Once Policy Center account settings are configured, the settings are stored in the local database and will not need to be entered again.
