Retention Connector usage information is used to determine your subscription tier. Usage information can be viewed and exported using a retention report.

To view and export a retention report:

  1. Open https://[machinename]/GRaaS in a web browser.
  2. Enter your user name and password and click Login.
    The home page is displayed.
  3. Click Settings.
    The Policy Center Account Settings page is displayed.
  4. Click Retention Report.
    The Report on Document Retention page is displayed.

    The retention report lists the total number of Document Types used, the total number of Documents used, and the name, ID, and count of each individual Document Type used.

  5. To export the retention report to a .csv file, click Export Report.
